"Lovely store. Well laid out. Matching shoes and bags really caught my eye. Staff were friendly and asked if I needed any help. Said no and they let me peacefully have a look around. Didn’t have anything in store that really made me want to buy something. Either too plain or too over the top for me. They do have some impressive heels though. Have bought a pair of boots and shoes from here before and they have been great quality and really comfy to wear. They are a bit expensive but the products are worth the money as they last years and are really comfortable."

"The young lady that dealt with my exchange in store today was amazing! She was so helpful and fully sympathised with my frustrations in regards to customer service completely ignoring my emails to request a return for a refund! I drove over an hour away just to so I could get something back to compensate on the faulty boots because my emails were constantly ignored. This lady was so kind and helpful she’s exactly the kind of staff member that should lead an example to anyone else that can’t be bothered. She needs a pay rise and promotion!"
