"Sent me an item that was size 18/20 but but had size 8 label. I returned it for an exchange in true size 8, and explained to them that it was a faulty item. They sent me the same item back again. I phoned them and told them the item is not size 8 it is 18/20. I also emailed them the pictures as well. I returned the item again, they did not reply my email or refund my money. It's over 3 months and still waiting. Avoid"
