"The best Customer Service we have EVER experienced. Today my husband and I popped into the Richmond Gant store, we were greeted by a friendly young guy who noticed we were looking at hoodies. He asked if we needed another size, and then mentioned a few other hoodies in the sale. He popped to the back and grabbed multiple sizes in the range within minutes, offered advice and was super knowledgable about the brand. So friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Then served by Samir at the checkout who was also so friendly and actually interested in having a conversation, not just sales chit chat. Just genuinely nice people who seemed like they were all happy to be working there. What a nice shopping experience. Thank you!"

Must note it’s the first time any of their clothes cause me any trouble with quality.Took them to the store and were replaced immediately.
