“Have to write a review. Best vape shop in the area. They are fully stocked all the time and the staff are genuinely nice guys who understand what you are looking for (even if you don't yourself). Every time I go to them I have a pleasant greeting and receive good advice on how to use the products or what flavours and strengths I might like. The prices are decent and they even have a generous loyalty scheme that keeps me coming back every time. I had a defective device once that was instantly replaced and the CBD selection is also fantastic Give them a try you won't regret it. Thanks Vapourz lounge!”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! Michelle and Paul are amazing! So knowledgeable and fantastic with our kids! They make us feel so welcome every time we step into the shop. We have brought a tortoise, an axolotl and a bearded dragon from them and would never go anywhere else to buy a reptile! They really care about the animals they have and sell and it really shows. I took my mother in law in the shop with me the other day and she also said to me about how she loved it and how fantastic it was! Go and see for yourself. You definitely won't regret it!”

The lady that served me was called Mollie , she was so lovely and ensured I had everything I needed . The other lady there was called Charlotte I think , she was also very helpful . They have gone out of their way to get in special stock for her and gave her great encouragement when she was a pup to gain the confidence to walk into the shop without needing to have carpets laid down for her!
