"Excellent customer service from this particular store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to offer advice and the personal touch which is great. There is a great variety of stock as well and they don't just stock the generic high street items that you get from other stores. Stock is very overpriced though, and in this economic climate you can get the samenthings cheaper online, you're paying a premium for the staff knowledge."

They have gone out of their way to get in special stock for her and gave her great encouragement when she was a pup to gain the confidence to walk into the shop without needing to have carpets laid down for her!
