"We visited this store today somewhat overwhelmed about the prospect of getting our puppy cockapoo in 2 weeks time. We really were unsure where to start. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered and found the staff to be not only incredibly knowledgeable but so enthusiastic about what they do. They put our minds at rest and gave us some sound and excellent advice and recommendations for things to buy to help us make our puppy feel right at home when she arrives. The service and passion for what they do did not go un-noticed and we are certainly going to be going there a lot more as we adapt to life with our pet. Becca, Carla and Emilia are just amazing young ladies and we couldn't have wished for a better experience in their store. We whole heartedly recommend visiting the store for anything you need for your pet. We'll be going back for sure. Thank you"

"This is my local store, I frequently visit and purchase stuff for my puppy, I find the staff so friendly and helpful. My puppy gets so excited when we go there he loves the staff so much as they fuss and give him so much attention ! They have been helpful with fitting a winter coat and we found the Perfect fit ! He is such a handsome boy in it as well as warm and dry! They are currently supporting me with changing food for him .... great team !"
