"After recently popping back into store after years of being a loyal customer since the days of evapo being called vapeshifters within St.nicolas centre I have made the decision to no long support them after the last two times visiting the sutton branch, I've been treated unacceptable and made to feel rushed during my purchases."

"Wow! Awful and extremely rude. Went in to purchase something I found online but was told it was an online deal only despite the fact that online there is no mention of this. The product I wanted was even advertised as click and collect so they can do the deal in store. Drove several miles to pick up but refused to sell at online price. Customer service needs work as guy as shop was very aggressive and angry. Manager wouldn’t deal with the issue as quote ‘has 3 week old baby and couldn’t get away from the phone!’ Disgusting that a shop made me feel this way way! Unsafe, undervalued and very ride with a computer says no attitude. I do NOT recommend"
