"I was scammed this morning by the company and their associates Palmers Plumbing. Charged £150 for the person to turn around and say he’s not a certified engineer and there’s nothing he can do. I had a person in my home who wasn’t certified to carry out the work I requested and both companies have refused to take responsibility."

"Fitted replacement shower pump. First pump incompatible with water supply. Following a three week delay, during which palmers had tried unsuccessfully to contact the manufacturer. They did get back to me and instructed me how to obtain replacement and arranged a date to fit pump. Arrived on time and carried out the work with no fuss. As an acknowledgement of the delay, carried out the work free of charge thereby restoring my opinion of a quality service."
