● Open“I moved into the premises just over a month ago and I love everything about this space – my flat is spacious and bright, everything is brand new, there is plenty of outdoor space and having a concierge service, gym and communal leisure area in this post code is really quite unbelievable .Management and staff are super friendly and helpful, both during the move-in and on a daily basis. Despite the surrounding streets looking less than charming the building is gated and secure. (We have our man Moses keeping us safe!)”

Because it’s only open a handful of times a year and because it’s not in the most obvious of places it makes you feel like you’re in some sort of secret society and I love it. I love the fact you can buy feed for 50p and feed a great number of the animals in the farm yard. I also love the number of exotic animals they have for a farm in watford. They have raccoons, artic foxes and my favourites Capybara which is odd for a small farm in a city. I will continue to go to this farm every year for at least one of there open days and highly recommend it to anyone, old, young, family, couples, with young children and without. Everyone will love it.”

The service is impeccable and friendly and all German speaking. The Beers and cocktails were a treat too as is the amazing riverside view sitting on the terrace. Top tip: Book your table... or you will be sitting inside which is still great (Music played is outstanding) but the terrace is a highlight of you can get it.”

Atmosphere is always warm and friendly with good hot food and beverages. If you ask nice you can get your own cocktail made to your specialty but this is not on the menu and varies depending on bar staff and experience! Over the years the menu has changed but the excellent customer service and care is still on point, polite and very welcoming!”

Being an HF novice, what staggered me was the food. From breakfast through to the huge take-away buffet for lunch to a really great evening meal. The manager,Tiffany and her staff were excellent. In fact everything was. There were 34 of us and everyone was impressed. On behalf of all of us, thank you for going that extra mile to make this such a memorable holiday.”
