"The very hungry caterpillar" trail to follow, answering questions along the way. Fact boards dotted about the trail with info on different wildlife around the site. Little wooden play area. Can feed the ducks/geese but signs say NO BREAD. Bird seed or defrosted peas is better. Will go again!”

Squerryes Park
● OpenWesterham TN16 1SG, United Kingdom“I love joining up areas where I walk regularly. We are big fans of Toys Hill and Emmett's Garden, so it was great to find a new park that joins up with Chartwell and then over to French Street and Octavia Hill area. Walked a bit of the Greensand Way, got a bit lost on my second visit; signage could be better. Parking in Westerham is a bit limited so used the big Hosey Common one and just crossed the road and looked for a footpath going the right direction. Saw 6 other humans in 2 hours. Perfect.”

As soon as you step foot into the park, you are transported into a peaceful and serene oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park is also home to a range of facilities and amenities to suit all ages and interests. There is also a large open space for picnics and games, as well as a pond where visitors can spot a variety of wildlife.”

Wheelers of Turnham Green Ltd.
● Open“Quite simply the best bouquet of flowers! Genuinely! Perhaps, it was the sumptuous yellows, or the radiant whites! Whatever, the combination was perfect! I've ordered many times from other florists and, recently for various reasons, the experience has been poor. I was determined this time to order more locally (I live in Cardiff; my partner happened to be in London) and found Wheelers of Turnham Green! If you haven't been to Turnham Green yet, may I encourage you to try it? If you haven't ordered through Wheelers, do so! The flowers were truly beautiful! A magnificent bouquet! Thank you.”

The Shaftesbury Theatre
● Open“Inspiring show!! I took my sister for a birthday gift, and we both loved it. The show was funny, uplifting and we both left feeling really happy!!!! It was like 90s pop music was made for this show!!! The show was very diverse which I absolutely loved and appreciated, from race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, and way of life… a true representation of society and my family and peer group which I really connected with!! Thank you for such a great show, we were up and singing by the end!!! All performers were incredible but Juliet absolutely smashed it!!! Well done guys and thank you for an amazing show!!”

Cappadocia
● Open“We visited on 11/2/23 Saturday late lunch 14:20 ish. There was a very warm welcome and a choice of seating for us and plenty more. The volume of customers was just right not too many and not empty despite the lateness of the time. I chose the Organic fillet of Salmon. Organic Salmon fillet pan fried in unsalted butter with crushed fresh herbs and white wine (optional), topped with roasted almond flakes served with sautéed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes. I didn’t recognise the sweet potatoes because they were white tasted just as good. It all tasted just as expected and I loved the sauce although I would have liked a little more. The salad had a lot of dressing so I would ask for no dressing next time. As we didn’t order a starter, we were offered some olives to keep us going as all the food is freshly cooked. My husband chose Adana Shoulder of lamb minced, blended with spices and herbs, char-grilled and served on lavash bread with bulgur, salad and sliced red onions. This was tasty but very spicy so he asked for a yogurt dip which made all the difference. (I don’t know it’s proper name). He also ordered chips which arrived (thermally) very hot. My only comment is that the plates could’ve been warm to keep the food warmer for longer. We don’t eat very quickly. The food came in good time. We didn’t have pudding as it was already a late lunch. A lovely complimentary square of sponge, soaked in something delicious like honey, arrived while we were waiting to pay. We had a lovely conversation with the waitress who was from Ukraine, and had been in the country several years. The menu is very extensive and each dish has a picture which is always helpful with such innovative looking food.”

The restaurant features live bands, a cabaret show, and an in-house DJ to keep the party going all night long. One of the standout dishes at Kibele Restaurant is their traditional lamb kebabs. These succulent skewers are cooked to perfection over an open flame and served with a side of rice and vegetables. Another must-try dish is the hummus, a creamy blend of chickpeas and spices served with warm pita bread. But the fun doesn't stop with just the food at Kibele Restaurant. The live bands and cabaret show add an extra level of excitement to the evening. The in-house DJ keeps the party going with a mix of popular hits and traditional Turkish music. Mountain View
● Closed“Visited about a week ago. We often order from this place but we decided to dine in for a change… I think from now on we will ONLY DINE IN! Service was exceptional. The atmosphere was great, everyone was super friendly. I even had some specific questions about some spirits and the waiter was very helpful. The food was amazing as always and having a waiter that is prepared to spend time explaining some of the dishes was great. Drinks were also very good and reasonable priced. We will be back very soon, I can’t rate this place more highly.”

Beckenham Place Mansion
● OpenCapital Ring, Beckenham BR3 1SY, United Kingdom“We love this venue. It is a beautiful space for parties or weddings if you book enough in advance to get a slot. The rooms have views over the park, the events team are really helpful. The ceilings have stunning wedgewood style designs. There is an air of faded grandeur that we really loved. The team recommend reliable caterers and a lighting business who know how to make the best of the venue. Highly recommended.”
