“Just wanted to share our absolutely awesome experience here recently at the Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal. My wife and I decided to travel to the UK and France for our 10 year anniversary and we brought our kids with us. I ended up getting 2 rooms for us so we weren't as cramped. Let me just say that this hotel exceeded my expectations! It was bright, colorful, clean, safe, the rooms were very clean and functional, breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were incredible and it was right next to a Tube station which was great to get to downtown London easily from. They also had an in-house restaurant which was quite decent and we used it multiple nights when we were just too tired to venture out again. Everything about this stay was great, especially the staff, even down to the maintenance guy who came to fix our breaker in our room when we blew the fuse plugging in a shoddy UK to U.S. power converter lol. Shout-out to Kat & Sarah I believe their names were, front desk manager and server who were super friendly and gave excellent service. Whatever they are getting paid they need to get that doubled because I have never seen employees juggle so many customers like that all while maintaining the same level of service with a smile on their faces. I am a well traveled Hilton Diamond member and this stay absolutely made our vacation and my wife and kids are still talking about it to this day almost a week after we got back to the USA. My ONLY gripes (and this is being nit-picky) was I wish on-site parking garage pricing was a little cheaper (granted there is nearby street parking but with all our luggage I didn't want the extra hassle), I wish there were able to accommodate having our rooms next to each other even though I requested this online months in advance AND called the week of but we still ended up separated by a few rooms. At least we were on the same floor though. Also, I wish they had a little bit softer mattresses. That was our only complaint about the rooms; the mattresses were a bit on the hard side (but this seems to be a common theme in Europe vs the USA), the times we've been abroad most places in Europe have harder beds than what we are used to in the U.S. and this made it difficult to sleep; I feel like a simple mattress topper would do wonders in this department) Other than that, it was an excellent stay and we will absolutely be staying here again whenever we visit London! You'd be doing your self a disservice staying anywhere else for the value you get at this well run hotel!”

“Great hotel that has all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bar restaurant is super stylish, offering great food. The breakfast buffet is fresh with a mixed of cooked food and fresh options such as brie, fresh fruit and avocado smash. All in all a great property!”

“Fantastic staff!! Amazing breakfast with all the vegan options. Delicious. We stayed here for 6 nights in February and I cannot fault anything. The staff are all so attentive and helpful. Everyone from the little blonde beauty on reception to the cleaners, were just lovely. The hotel is just around the corner from the tube , so is well placed for sightseeing. And Brixton has its own charms. and cultural history.”

“The room was comfortable and clean but when showering water seems to spill over onto floor so needed to use towel to mop up water. Also coffee machine water leaking when you fill it and door to enter room sticks when you try and lock from inside. But service and food excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you.”

“The people who are giving 1 star surely expected for this to be the Ritz or Four Seasons. The stay was fantastic, especially considering the budget price-point. Everything was clean and the room was extremely quiet. I was kind of worried about being on the first floor because my room faced the street, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. The only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure is fantastic and the bathroom is spotless, but if you turn the water up too high, it splashes under the shower curtain on to the floor. This is just a design error. FYI, you have to request a hair dryer, cleaning, new towels, etc. IN GENERAL: clean, quiet, amazing location, comfy bed and friendly staff.”

“Stayed on a first-time business trip and, boy, this place does not disappoint. Whilst it is on the steeper side for an overnight stay, the extra facilities guests have access to (spa, gym, pool etc) in the price plus the service and quality of the rooms makes it value for money. Room service food was fantastic and the room amenities are excellent. Especially love the small Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms, makes a welcome change to a decent morning brew! My only comment is the shower in the room did have some light mould/mildew on the tiles around the ceiling, but honestly very light and only spotted because of my height. Not enough to bring the overall experience down at all. And the breakfast buffet service, whew! Amazing spread of cooked breakfast items, fruit, cereals, pastries, juices, everything! Leo's Restaurant where meals are served has a lovely open atmosphere and great lighting from the massive windows along the outside wall.”

“We stayed here for the ABBA Arena, as it was an easy taxi ride there and a much better area to stay in. The DLR station into the centre of London is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. We found the price to be very reasonable and we even got a room upgrade on arrival!”

“Great location for business use. Rooms are modern and clean, and staff (Julie) always helpful and cheery on arrival. Unfortunately no restaurant, but Costa and local Pub within 2 mins walk provide good alternative.”

“The hotel is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of Chinatown, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus. Rooms are very nice and the staff is very corteous. “Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“Ibis hotels are generally very good. This one is. As a single female traveller I get everything safely under one roof. Very clean, comfortable, nice staff Dog friendly. I didn't like this area very much and didn't venture far, but felt very safe in the hotel.”

“To be fair, I really like this Travelodge. The ladies on the desk are always very lovely when I go particularly one, but I can't remember her name!! The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! The rooms are nice enough and are perfect for any business trips as you can easily access most things in London. From, Brent cross.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Earls Court. Great communication with Katarina before we arrived. Quick and easy check in. Comfy beds, great shower, room very clean. Having breakfast included is a real bonus in London. 2 tube stations within a 12 minute walk. Restaurants and pubs a 2 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again in the future.”

“remember this name as this is best hotel in London! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager BRAJAN who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers - if we run out of tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Ismail who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in London!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in cental London to everyone!!:”

“Fantastic stay ! Great clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, 15-20 mins walk to the London Bridge station - depending on how fast you can walk. You feel special in the space and you have everything you need especially if you want to cook. Problem with eating though! You will need to order in as you are far from many restaurants but that's not too bad. P.s. the soaps moisturizer are soo good!! Enjoy your stay”

“I stayed here recently for a short stay for work. Without a doubt the best part of my stay was the breakfast and service that was given to me during my stay. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .”

“Very clean and nice place to stay to spend the night while on a long layover just 5-6 minutes' drive from the airport. Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good.”
