"I would like to draw attention to the management of the hotel, there is a manager name " Imran badshah " he was so rude when i went to the hotel for a booking. My apologies but this guy needs serious customer service skill classes. Such a bad experience and bad name to such big hotel chain."

"First time of visiting here and I must say I’m impressed. As a plane spotter it’s close to spotting locations around Heathrow. I feel very safe staying here despite the coronavirus pandemic. Nice and quiet and the beds are really comfortable. If you use local taxis be careful as they seem to have trouble finding the location of the hotel. Really reasonable rates! Just a shame we can’t have a fried breakfast during this time. I would’ve given this place five stars but knocked a point off as the reception staff failed us to inform that when using the lifts in the hotel you tap your room card and press the floor your room is on. Other than that I’ll definitely be back again."

"The staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. George and Steven was the perfect Barman nothing was too much trouble. Also Punit head chef food very good. And Tyson chef also food again very good and he was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. All the staff on reception was always helpful when needed and not forgetting the cleaning staff. In fact the hole team was perfect and made our stay enjoyable the only downside is the parking apart from that I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Me and my husband would like to say a big thank you."

"We have taken groups to this hotel with our coaches and easy to access via A4 but hotel entrance before the traffic light! Thanks for the free coffee in the morning 5am today! I am the coach driver who were picking up the passengers! Reception staff well mannered! Casual dress (t-shirt) and helping me with luggage! I am sure I will be coming again with the groups. Flights Cancellation!"
