“Shopped in Richmond Pets Corner yesterday and had excellent customer service (as usual). The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.”

Greeted by a warm welcome, Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful and we soon found the right collar and harness. The shop atmosphere is very calm and stocks high quality products at competitive pricing. Shop local - these guys have everything you need.”

Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. “We had used the Lodge for our family and friends to stay at for our wedding, and we were extremely happy all round. The rooms were up to a high standard, breakfast was great and more importantly the staff were incredibly helpful. In the run up to the event, they helped with our organisation, and while we were staying there, all the stuff were kind, helpful and very flexible, something particularly demanding when dealing with such a large group. Not only were my wife and I happy with it, but all our guests too had commented with how nice their stays were. If you are having a wedding nearby, we would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”

“I like coming to this boots because it stays open late and there is plenty of free parking, convenient for when you need to pick up something after work. The store is larger than your average high street branch of boots and stocks a larger range of items. I can't say what it's like during the day on a week day, as I usually come in evening or at the weekend, but it's never been very busy when I've been here, even at seemingly busier times it never feels crowded.”
