"Not very experience staff. I have a nervous dog and they had no idea what to do. Just in for a simple nail cut, and they only really tried once, then spent about 5 minutes just talking to each other. Said they couldn't do anything and recomended that i take my dog to get sedated at the vets. Too young staff, looks like they have no experience. Quite disappointed in the service, but I should have expected it."
