"Amy is brilliant. She welcomes Daisy for her groom as if she was her own. Not many dogs enjoy a groom but Amy makes it a calming and de-stressed atmosphere. Very reasonably priced and imparts some great knowledge and tips about how to maintain your dog. Highly recommend!"

I am Chelsea girl born and bred, and I am very fussy and have exacting and exceptionally high standards. Not just the end result of the grooming session, but my 2 little dogs welfare, and general atmosphere and attitude of all the staff. I have a show standard Pomeranian and Black and Tan intact, male long coated Chihuahua. Amy has outdone all and every so called top grooming salon in London. And I have tried a many and many of the most expensive luxury dog grooming salons in Mayfair, Chelsea and Knightsbridge. Amy's ability is close to a naturally intuitive artist. A modest genius, who is humble and clearly passionate about what she does. NOBODY has come to close to this. So stop wasting your time and money and get your best friend down to this saloon ASAP."

"We were absolutely delighted when Jenny could look after our cat, who means the world to us for the fifth time. Jenny went to great lengths to ensure that our cat was safe and happy whilst we were away on holiday. Not only did she painstakingly come over to collect the key and discuss in great detail what was required to look after her, but she made sure our house was safe, clean and tidy. Twice a day Jenny would diligently come over to let Pretty Paws out into the garden and wait until she came back. We received many photos and updates from Jenny on a daily basis about Pretty Paws, which made us feel at ease when we were on the other side of the world.
