"Generally a good shop, with good deals. A few of the staff are nice and professional. However, NO customer service whatsoever from several staff members. Refusing to sell at advertised price or deal (even after showing the tag), standing next to you and checking you scanned every item and telling you that you haven’t scanned an item (before you even have a chance to do it yourself). Never felt treated like a criminal to this degree, before even getting through the first few items. Either they need to look after their staff better or offer more training."

"I like coming to this boots because it stays open late and there is plenty of free parking, convenient for when you need to pick up something after work. The store is larger than your average high street branch of boots and stocks a larger range of items. I can't say what it's like during the day on a week day, as I usually come in evening or at the weekend, but it's never been very busy when I've been here, even at seemingly busier times it never feels crowded."

"It's a large store and it doesn't feel crowded even when it's busy. It looks like they have a large selection of products, although sometimes the stock is low. An aisle at the back of the store which usually has the discounted products is usually very messy. I received excellent service from the staff that did the booster vaccine earlier this year. The waiting area was well organised and their system was very efficient."
