Gerri and Rafal both took lots of time to meet with us and to explain the intricacies of becoming landlords and they left us feeling completely reassured by taking away the more difficult aspects such as finding suitable tenants, arranging the paper work and handling the financial side of letting our property. “I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

And all the facilities in the building are well maintained including good access control to building,floor and the room. The room has all the basic facilities required and I am amazed at how brilliantly the kitchen area is setup with all basic requirements without making it look clumsy. I am enjoying my stay. “I have been Staying at the Hilton London Croydon as I am working nearby. I have been there for four weeks and it has been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large , very clean and modern with TV , drinks cooler, and air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Nice modern clean bathroom. The Staff are always friendly approachable and helpful . Excellent parking . The breakfast is always a winner with a good choice for both Continental and full English . The team serving breakfast are so friendly they really do set you up for the day.”

“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”
