"Terrible service. If we could give them 0 we would. We've been somehow forced to deal with H&R for our last 2 weeks of tenancy in Croydon, because our Agent was bought by them and we've got to know only thanks to the fact PM from our previous agency was superb and helpful. No cmmunication was made from H&R side. Before moving out, we called them and agreed with them over the phone about dates, check out and keys return, because we were leaving a bit earlier than our tenancy agreement stated. We've returned the keys to the South Croydon branch, person there took all our details and since then we've heard from them only once - a call few days later with question "why didn't you return the keys?"... We have waited for 2-3 weeks before reaching out to them again asking for check out report and deposit return process and this is when the whole drama started. We called them literally hundered times and each time we had to provide all the details again and again, and were reassured by another person on the phone that "they will check and call us back". They never did. We've also sent several emails, which remained unanswered till today. Finally we've started the deposit return process via DPS, where we saw that agency never took any action or replied to our claim. We have our deposit now after 3 months from tenancy contract expiration, but still no contact from H&R, no check out report, nothing. Definitely not recommended, be careful, if you are a landlord or a tenant. They don't respect people, ignore you, total mess."

Marina had also brought to my attention issues which I didn’t know needed care, the whole process has been seamless & I now have so much time available within my busy schedule- delivered exactly what I was sourcing. & I also know that my property isn’t going without the attention needed- happy property, happy tenants.
