"I always book with Premier inn but on this occasion every one in the area was full. My self and my colleague was booked in some were else due to this but was let down by that hotel at the last minute and had no were to stay. We chose to eat in the beef eater next door to your hotel were we met a member of your training staff named Emma Hawley. She was very friendly we got chatting about our dilemma and she kindly took the time out of her meal to search on her laptop for premier inns in the local area to which there still wasn't any rooms available. we were looking like sleeping in the car. Emma finished her meal and went and had a chat with a guy called Toby on reception who again was amazing they moved heaven and earth to get us a room for the night and we can't thankyou enough these guys are a credit to your work force thankyou so much again Emma Hawley and Toby I hope this reaches you guys too"

"Friendly staff and good food. Got quite busy for a Friday lunch time, but staff brought the food quite quickly. Certainly didn't need to rush our visit. Thanks to Jennifer too, who served us"

"We stayed midweek. Great to have the pub on site but appreciate it could be noisy at the weekend as the garden is by the rooms. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is on a busy road, hard to get out in a car. Care needed if on foot. Croydon station is 2.5km on foot for London and Gatwick but no way to buy tickets... Need an oyster card. Rooms are not cleaned daily and you will have to make your own beds. No Aircon, it was quite hot in July 2022. For the price really good with family rooms but there is not much choice in South London."
