“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.”

“Have been taking guinea pigs to stay at Now Boarding Croydon for several years now. Responses are always prompt and the guinea pigs seem to really enjoy their time being looked after. Would recommend!”

“Great pet shop and dog grooming. Bought rabbit supplies here for several years before our bunny passed away. Animals in the shop always look healthy and well cared for. Good selection of food types and treats for many types of pets. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful if you have a question to ask.”

“It was My 1st time using this veterinary surgery and I was a little bit nervous, But I was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. I had just finished logging my puppy in and about to take a seat when I was called in to the vet. I've been many times now and still getting the excellent service.”

“Really knowledgable and friendly and have helped us find a specialist vet when our local vets weren’t able to help us. Won’t be going anywhere else for my supplies now, as everyone here goes above and beyond. All the animals here are well-loved and cared for which is beautiful to see when you’re visiting the shop.”

“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

“My 6 month old pup was treated for ibuprofen toxicity, their prompt and efficient care saved him from any long lasting damage. Couldn’t be more grateful. He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. Thank you so much to everyone that took part in his recovery, all amazing❤️”

“I love this dabners pet shop. Every time I go into the shop the staff are so friendly And helpful. I got my hamster Patches from there and he Sadly passed away now. They always ask about him. Definitely going to get another hamster from them. I recommend if you're thinking of getting your hamster definitely get one from the shop.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “I have been Staying at the Hilton London Croydon as I am working nearby. I have been there for four weeks and it has been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large , very clean and modern with TV , drinks cooler, and air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Nice modern clean bathroom. The Staff are always friendly approachable and helpful . Excellent parking . The breakfast is always a winner with a good choice for both Continental and full English . The team serving breakfast are so friendly they really do set you up for the day.”

“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Gina's pet petrol has been amazing. She's reliably looked after my elderly house cat who has lots of health problems and it is such a relief knowing he is in safe hands! Gina goes above and beyond, and is so good with cats... mine loves her, and I know she always makes a fuss of him. I always come home from trips away to an immaculate house, empty litter tray and very happy, well fed cat!”

“We have left our Hamster with Susanna 3 times now while on holiday. She is very reliable and we always feel like our hamster is in safe hands. She provides regular updates and follows specific instructions that our hamster needs. We are very happy with her service and will definitely be using her again.”

“Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”

“I went in to collect a prescription and get a flu jab and was offered a free blood pressure check which was great. The service is quick and the staff knowledgable. Angela in particular had excellent people skills and was really helpful with her advice.”
