"Stayed 4 & 5 /02/23. Location just off main road, handy for buses and Puley Oaks station. Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Mattress comfortable. Our room was over reception door so noisy at times especially if you open the window. Clean but well overdue a refurbishment. Not much carpet left on the carpet. Not good soundproofing so you hear people coming and going. Location is the best thing going for it, and the nice staff."

"Very noisy doors and people talking you can hear in Room 112 107 we were moved to was quieter over the garden..However the shower was stiff and only one towel so bonus to have to move rooms it was better in 107 but only one spare pillow so borrowed had no choice. Don't know why we wasn't given that room in the beginning. Check in staff polite didn't really chat much. Came in evening no staff not good."

"Staff members were nice, polite, smiley and had good basic conversations. Bathroom was clean and tidy so no complaints about that. The room need a bit of upgrade, to be honest and lastly, need to top up regularly instead of us going and asking for top up."
