“My dog has been using this vet for years. They are simply amazing. Dr. Enric is top of his field with a whole Master Degree and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is kind to you and deeply cares about his patients. I have seen him during the years staying late way over the 6pm closure to look after pets. My dog had to be hospitalised and you know the worry we get, so Enric called me few times in the day to give me updates.. here not only you can rest assured they will be in the best hands possible but they will treat your pet as it is their own. During the night I spoke with Dani from Richmond hospital and she not only reassured me on everything but she was super empathetic, caring and she updated me on everything, making me feel so much better! Thank you Dani. I was also told that Enric went to the hospital there just to check how my little one was doing…that is such a lovely thing to do!They are not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for and using this vet you will know you are giving your pet a 5 star care. Thank you DR Enric, the doctors in the veterinary hospital in Richmond and all the staff. Continue to do the outstanding job you do everyday! We need more people like you all in this world!”

“Micah has just come home from being groomed at Bazil & Ruby. She looks gorgeous, one of the nicest cuts she's ever had and seemed happy in the store when I went to pick her up. Not surprising as it's always a warm and friendly environment when we pop in there on our walks. Thank you, we all booked in for the next one.”

“We have been going to this pet shop since they opened, 10+ years ago! The two ladies are the most lovely people, they always remember us and our dog is spoilt with a little treat upon entry (which may be why he drags us all along the high street to get to the pet shop!!). They will go above and beyond to help with any enquires and you can tell they really care! There is a great community spirit about them, always getting involved in neighbourhood activities- plus at Christmas, they have a beautiful window snow display. The shop is also spotless! I highly highly recommend them!”

“Nigel has been absolutely amazing with our dog Paddy- he was nervous and reactive towards other dogs he didn’t know since lockdown started, before he started to regularly go to WTDC. Within a few weeks he was beginning to learn to interact positively with other dogs and his confidence has increased, he loves the company of other dogs now and actively engages in play instead of trying to dominate. Nigel has the utmost respect and priorities in place, he understands and cares about the dogs he looks after and it’s so comforting to know that paddy now enjoys going to day care. We totally trust Nigel and are so grateful for the effort he has put in with building Paddy’s confidence and character - Nigel Is reliable and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him.”

“Carole genuinely adores dogs - it’s not just a business for her. And my dog loves her right back! She can’t walk past her door without stopping g to say hi. Since we started going to Carole, our little dog has started thinking of grooming sessions as a treat instead of torture. The best part is she does the whole thing right there in front of you instead of behind closed doors. You can see exactly what your dog is going through. It involves a lot of kisses.”

“Kelly walks our Cockapoo Maggie twice a week and has also provided overnight care for her when we have gone on holiday. We were initially very nervous to leave Maggie with anyone, but Kelly has always been incredibly professional and reassuring. We get video updates through the day and Kelly always tests the temperaments of new dogs before them joining the group walks. Kelly’s pricing is fair and transparent and she is as flexible as possible when it comes to pick up and drop off times etc. Maggie is always incredibly excited to see Kelly and I think that’s the best vote of confidence in her!”

“I had a great stay at the apartment. The hosts were very accommodating, quick replies and very easy to get a hold of. The flat was lovely, had everything that you could need, very clean and easy to get to and from the airport. Very close to a tesco express so can easily get all the food you need. Would throughly recommend and definitely will be staying again! Thank you for having me!”

“Love this store, looking at all the new products and many bargains to grab. Always something different that catches your eye. Checkout staff very welcoming and polite. Just wish there was one nearer to where I live like Putney or kingston. The only downfall is the parking time of 2 hours as if you overstay which I didn't realise, you find yourself getting sent a parking ticket for a considerable amount. When I'm shopping in there I spend more than 2 hours as I like to take my time and have a good browse. But after the ticket I don't spend as long so don't buy as much as it won't be a bargain if I get a ticket lol.”

“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”
