Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”

“These guys are fantastic with our 4 year old Working Cocker Spaniel. It’s such a comfort knowing she is so happy when she is with them - in fact, slightly jealous how excited she gets when they arrive to pick her up! Luna comes back exhausted and in such good spirits. “This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”
