"Dead fish in tanks, nobody available to help, and when one person was found, they were not exactly friendly or interested in helping. Management needs to improve. Pets at Home in Brentford is far better with friendlier and more engaged staff who know what they’re doing."

"Where are the basic fish tanks? not everyone wants top of the range flash tanks. Too expensive Why are there no tin cat food? My cat would need 4 sachets a day, tòo expensive, plus she can't eat dry food. Not enough choices."
