My kitten stayed here for the first time in July and I was a little worried as he was only 4 months old however I did not need to as he was so very cared for and well looked after. The staff are very professional and operate a high standard of care for your pets as well as good customer service to their clients.”

“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

“We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

She is so caring and concerned about all animals and I would recommend her to anyone who needs care for any animal. She had also looked after family rabbits when my daughters have been away. “I hve taken my pup here 3 times + only trust Pet Stop to now groom my beautiful baby dog. My pet dog is petrified getting groomed + I know she really hates it. Only Pet Stop give my pet undivided attention + really took there time with her.When I picked her up, not only did she look beautiful my pet wasn't scared + looked very relaxed in a doggy kind of way+ I know I'd made the Right choice in taking my pet bk again + again! “The only jumper that Dylan will wear is his polo neck from Love My Dog. He looks so smart in it and we get lots of comments when he wears it. “Martha loves her walks so much with Ryan or anyone of the amazing Kensington Hounds team. They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about them wellbeing of the animal in a holistic approach. Any question you may have about your animal, the team at Kensington Hounds has an opinion and i have found them to be superb. From food, to treats to exercise and obedience.. my golden retriever has truly matured through their input. And she has met some great friends. Now at 9 months, her walks and care from Kensington hounds has enhanced her puppy period and beyond. I truly recommend them extremely highly .”

“I have a very nervous staffie cross mastiff that hates his feet being touched, his nails were in desperate need of trimming. I called today and they kindly offered to fit him in at the end of the day. These guys done an Absolute amazing job cutting my boys nails. It wasn’t an easy task but with patience’s and team work they got the job done! Fantastic team! I can’t thank you enough!”

“Great shop just down the road from where I live. I’ve been going here for years for emergency dog food runs and of course “no reason” toy gifts / treats for my two labs. Always a good selection and stock. My dogs also love Angela and her grooming, despite the full service with teeth and nail care (which they normally hate). Best part: in a neighborhood where you expect to pay more for basically anything, it’s actually very reasonably priced across the board. PS Angela also has a dog sitting service which is convenient. Pups hop in her car and spend the weekend outside London at her home.”

“Had a brilliant few days on the taster training. Would highly recommend trying these taster days if you're thinking of getting into dog grooming. I learnt a lot in 3 days so can't wait to do the Level 3, I think I'm going to come out a confident groomer with their help. Sue and the other staff are always around to help and explain things really clearly. The dogs' safety and wellbeing are also very important to them which I like a lot.”

Talked me through the whole thing and my cat was treated amazing and was made to feel so welcome. Louise is the beautiful lady who groomed my cat and he adored her. “Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

The wonderful Melanie Meyers was there to help us with all our questions, needs and allayed our fears. A brilliant experience thanks to the wonderful Melanie - we left all clued up, with the app and discounts and all stocked up!!”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, packed with everything your pet will need. From the tiniest mouse to the largest dog, (I won't mention horses so I'm not sure what they have!) You'll find everything for your best friend. There's also a vets and a groom room, as I've not used them I won't comment!”

“We loved our recent stay! We went as a last minute long weekend trip and arrived later than usual due to a flight delay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. As a diamond member, I was upgraded automatically; however, the staff further upgraded us to the Park Lane Suite which was excellent and bigger than most NYC apartments. Alisha was excellent and even arranged to have distilled water sent to the room for my husband’s cpap machine. Breakfast had a decent spread with the buffet and with the possibility of ordering hot foods and the service was excellent. We used the executive lounge a few times which is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been to compared to other properties. We had drinks at the Sky bar which had a nice view. The location is excellent. Black cabs are waiting outside so it is easy to get around and walking around Mayfair at night was lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and I am happy I chose this hotel (I did tons of research prior to booking).”

“My dogs bath and groom are well done! Not sure if nail cutting include trimming the fur on paws as I hope it does. And so sorry I believe one of my dog keep barking when saw me and she annoyed one of the staff beside her hahaha.. thanks the team anyways will definitely come again :)”
