"My husband found Petpals Boarding on Google after our cat sitter fell through. Admittedly I was apprehensive with leaving our 2 year old cat at another cattery after the first experience so went for a viewing. Sarah was very reassuring and accommodating and answered any questions I had. She’s very honest and her experience shows so I booked my cat in without hesitation. My cat was well looked after and didn’t show any distress. I’ll definitely be using Petpals Boarding again in the future."
