"Came in for a professional fitting of the Perfect-fit harness and I could not have asked for a better service. My 8 month sprocker is a bit of a live wire as she has so much love and just wanted to play and be cuddled and I was nervous bringing her in knowing she would be excited by the endless belly rubs that she thought awaited her. The lady who served me was so incredibly patient with my puppy and informative regarding the harness and just gave so much time in the world to make sure it was the right fit. She even closed the doors to make sure customers didn’t wonder in and my puppy ran out. 100% recommend."

"Really very disappointing. Wanted to visit here for some time due to the reviews being so good. We are collecting our puppy tomorrow so I thought it would be nice to take my children to choose some toys/treats. The reception from the lady here was frosty at best and down right rude. Whilst I appreciate that touch should be limited at the moment, the way the lady approached it was horrible and embarrassing. We left without making a purchase. Very unfriendly and I will not be returning."

"Staff are lovely, friendly and positive. Shop is well presented and clean. My one criticism is it's a wee bit expensive, having said that so is the rent for a shop like that so I am moaning about nothing really."
