“Rooms were adaquate for what we needed. Its not a high end hotel but a large bed maybe a super king, so plemty of room We were in loft room had a quirky ensuite door but worked very well. There is a mini fridge in room nothing in but to use for any items you need to keep cool and fresh Also a mini safe, we didnt use this Was warm and clean and great located my sheppards bush station literally next door”

“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”

“My stay was quite pleasant! After a long day of travel, found the staff very friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast spread. My room was chilly last night and they brought me extra blankets. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean and I must say again how friendly and accommodating the staff was!”

“Evening Jazz Cruise. What a brilliant evening out. Includes a three course dinner and a welcoming glass of fizz. Comfortable and very clean boat, excellent food. Very efficient, friendly staff, and the jazz quartet were excellent. All the night-time sights as you glide from Westminster to Greenwich and back. Heartily recommended.”

“Our stay at the capital hotel was perfect. Couldn’t not actually believe it, but you are literally 30 seconds walking distance from harrods. The hotel is Cosy and classy, the rooms are nice, the breakfast are is beautiful. Breakfast is super good, everything is fresh and tasty. Staff is nice and here to make your life nice and easy. Totally recommend this hotel, The price for value is nothing but perfect.”

“After previous bad experiences with agencies in London, I can say that Simply Winch has been super helpful the two times I rented through them. They have a human approach and you truly feel they care. Their apartments are modern and they have a higher value than most of the flats on the market. They are not here to charge you but to make your stay as easy as possible for you. After care is always available, properties are clean and they never put you under pressure. “Did eyelash extensions and ombré nail couple of weeks ago, the eyelash stays well and looks quite natural which was desired, saved me a lot time on morning makeup. Beauty specialist named ‘ Apple’ was very nice, I walked in on the day when they almost finished work, but explained that I was about to go on holiday so desperately to get eyelash and nails done. She was so kind to work overtime and was very patient, didn’t rush the job but did with intensively to details. The nails still smooth and shine and the eyelash stays well too although I didn’t pay extra care about it. The price was reasonable too, she charged me at normal fees despite I was offering to pay extra for her overtime work. Definitely will visit again. 5 starts services to Apple”

“This is attached to Lambeth Palace, right on the river by Lambeth Bridge. I didn't go in the museum as I didn't have time to justify the £12 entry fee. But I'll be back when I've got the time to do it justice. I popped into the cafe for a coffee, though. Friendly staff. Attractive display of homemade-looking cakes and biscuits. Lovely setting to linger, with a view of a gorgeous leafy courtyard garden with plants and tombs. Nice outdoor area by the café for sunny days.”

“Great hotel that has all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bar restaurant is super stylish, offering great food. The breakfast buffet is fresh with a mixed of cooked food and fresh options such as brie, fresh fruit and avocado smash. All in all a great property!”

“Nice and clean rooms. The central location makes it a great place for business or vacation. We had an ac in the room too which was pleasant considering London hot weather. Only downside is that they don't have their own car park. You have to use the one in sainsbury and remember to validate your parking, which can be done online.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Superb location within London for theatres and many other attractions. Hotel was very clean and all staff were attentive and helpful. Own restaurant on the site for wonderful breakfasts and a varied and reasonably priced lunch and dinner menu. Nothing negative to report and highly recommended.”

“What a great hotel! There was a small issue at check in with our room not being ready, but staff were fantastic and upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. If you get chance to use the executive lounge between 6&8pm then do. Buffet food and drinks available the entire time, and a nice atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is ideally placed just a short walk from Angel tube station.”

“The room was comfortable and clean but when showering water seems to spill over onto floor so needed to use towel to mop up water. Also coffee machine water leaking when you fill it and door to enter room sticks when you try and lock from inside. But service and food excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you.”

“The people who are giving 1 star surely expected for this to be the Ritz or Four Seasons. The stay was fantastic, especially considering the budget price-point. Everything was clean and the room was extremely quiet. I was kind of worried about being on the first floor because my room faced the street, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. The only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure is fantastic and the bathroom is spotless, but if you turn the water up too high, it splashes under the shower curtain on to the floor. This is just a design error. FYI, you have to request a hair dryer, cleaning, new towels, etc. IN GENERAL: clean, quiet, amazing location, comfy bed and friendly staff.”

“We stayed here for the ABBA Arena, as it was an easy taxi ride there and a much better area to stay in. The DLR station into the centre of London is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. We found the price to be very reasonable and we even got a room upgrade on arrival!”

“Very cozy, magical atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. They play classical music all day long and the lounge where tea is served is very charming. Great location, right by the Olympia station with access to the Circle line and also easily accessible by bus. Highly recommended.”

“We went to the Blakes hotel restaurant last Saturday night without a reservation. We were greeted warmly then treated with delicious food and excellent service!!! Simone was our waiter and he served us brilliantly while regularly coming over to check that everything was okay during our meal - which it always was. Marta is one of the managers there and was excellently attentive while also ensuring that our experience was formidable. Classy, sophisticated, delicious with impeccable standards and service!”

“The hotel is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of Chinatown, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus. Rooms are very nice and the staff is very corteous. Loved the hot chocolate and tea, they always have at the lobby. Will stay here again when I come back to London again. Highly recommended”
