Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5
“I had a wonderful relaxing 1 night stay here. I had booked in advance. My flight arrived early so I went to the hotel to drop my bag and find something to do until 3pm check-in time. The reception staff kindly offered me a twin bed room as it was ready immediately. I was so grateful to be able to check in to my room early. I had a nice buffet breakfast and an a la carte dinner before resting for the long flight home. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.”

“I attended London Dance nights. The venue was absolutely fabulous from parking the car, having refreshments while waiting and then the main event and then been shown to my table. The staff were friendly, attentive and keen to ensure an enjoyable customer experience. The food and drink was wonderful and the event (not run by Novotel) was a fun filled. Overall a fabulous Saturday night and I left with a big smile. Thanks Novotel and London Dance nights.”

The Bentley Hotel London
“My girlfriend and I came here to have afternoon tea for her birthday. Wow what an amazing experience! The hotel it’s self is beautiful and the staff are incredible. Very kind, accommodating and more than happy to help. My girlfriend and I was speaking amongst ourselves about the fact it was her birthday and before we knew it one of the staff members brought out a lovely slice of cheese cake topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry drizzle, the best part it was complimentary from the hotel. A lovely staff member offered to take some pictures for us as we were leaving. Simply a great time and good old fashioned good customer service. Thank you guys it was lovely.”
Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, London
“I had a lovely stay here. I somehow managed to pick a quiet room, bit of an odd shape and the lighting is quite harsh, I asked housekeeping if they had a lamp and they brought one straight up. The overhead lighting was too much. It could benefit from lamps in the room to create a better ambience. The bedding was wonderful, a really great quality mattress topper. I slept like a baby. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts were outstanding. I had a 4 day stay so tried something different every day. The staff are really kind and genuine. This would be my go to hotel. It even has a lovely little gym. Also a nice touch was an ice machine on my floor which I used. Water in the room. Fridge, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer. Tea and coffee. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great temperature controls or fresh air from the windows. I stayed at the back of the hotel incase of traffic noise. You are essentially on top of the tube but I actually found that lulled me to sleep! Highly recommend.”

I would never stay anywhere else when visiting London. The location is perfect, with train and bus links nearby, the reception staff will always order you taxi if you don't fancy tubing or taking a bus.”

“I stayed in room 513 on an overnight work trip and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the stay. I got a very good nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed as the room not only had a comfy bed but the temperature was perfect too and it was nice and quite was no noise from other guests to be heard and I also felt safe as the team down on the ground floor were welcoming, friendly and helpful and clearly vigilant of who was coming into the hotel. “This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. The image below is the view from room 215 and the room itself.”
Hampton by Hilton London Croydon
“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”
