“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”

“It is a very professional academy, I booked the intensive OET course for doctors, and the teachers Harmi and Alex were just great, I received more classes with teacher Harmi and I most say he is an excellent teacher, his explanations were very clear, the material for the classes was very interesting and useful for the exam, he gave me a lot of resources to improve my listening and my reading. The manager of the academy, Faustine, is a great person, very enthusiastic and willing to help. In conclusion, I recommend the academy, and OET course 100%.”

“My experience with Richdale institute started last year when I studied level 3 sports massage therapy. It was such a wonderful experience. The course was so well structured and the learning material easy to understand. we had a lot of support from our wonderful tutor. She is one of the best teachers I have ever had and she made the experience so enjoyable. As a tutor she is so attentive and supports her students to the maximum. After level 3 , I enrolled on level 4 ( which is about to end). I have learned so much at level 4 and I feel much more confident as a therapist. After graduation, I believe that I will excel in my field because the quality of teaching at Richdale is absolutely outstanding. I can’t thank my tutor enough for all the hard work she has put in to ensure we become competent and confident therapists . I will fully recommend this institute to anyone who is interested in complementary therapies, H T”

“I really can’t believe that I can find a language class in central London, and the teachers here are so good. My English level is improving rapidly, and the face-to-face teaching is really good. I didn’t speak English before. , But now I can communicate casually, and almost all can understand. This is really a very good English class. I decided to study English here all the time. The teaching here is the most professional I have ever encountered.”

“Excellent service, called them up after a 50L paint spillage. They quickly responded even though we are out in Reading, getting to us in around an hour and a half. They quickly sucked up as much of the paint as they could, then jet washed the entire area. The result was incredible, all paint removed without a trace - the area looked even better than it did before. Extremely pleased with the service. The 3 guys that came out were all very open about what needed to be done in the situation and were very easy to get along with. They stayed late to make sure I was happy with the job they'd done despite having a long journey home. Overall, brilliant cleaning/waste removal service. Highly recommend, especially in an emergency situation.”

“The place is gorgeous, the views would’ve been if it hadn’t been a foggy day as well The food is spot on, they made a mistake with our order but they recognised quickly and were very nice and apologetic about it. The large menu is A LOT of food, so make sure you are hungry! We went for a drink outside after the meal, and although I wasn’t personally very keen on the choice, my party LOVED them! Wide range and knowledge bar staff was key. Overall the food and the experience was spot on”

“I’ve only been here twice and I knew from my first visit that I would make this salon my home for my natural hair! On my first visit, I had a signature wash, blow dry & trim combined with a scalp detox (which was amazing) and cornrows with another stylist. My second visit, two days ago, I had a signature wash, blow dry & aloe vera treatment with the owner. The owner is absolutely lovely, top notch service and takes good care of my hair.. if you know about afro-hair care salons, they aren’t always the best but this salon has such a gentle approach to hair care, and I always leave with some amazing hair care tips (internally and externally). I’m recommending this salon to anyone and everyone I know ❤️ I can’t wait for my next visit, I will be booking a signature wash, blow dry, trim and scalp rebirth! “Excellent service, nothing I can honestly complain about. The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password. Thanks”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“This hotel was perfect for us. We really liked being right at Earl's Court. Very convenient to jump on the tube and get to anywhere we needed to go. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Victoria was awesome at helping us get our room situated (first one the tv didn't work), second one the tub drain didn't work. But you're going to have these types of issues in an older hotel. Victoria kept at it until she got us accommodated like we wanted. Thank you! But we would def stay here again. Loved the breakfast, staff were absolutely fabulous. Alicia, Hannah, Maria and Sharven were so happy to serve you every morning. They did a great job! Can't wait to come back.”

“A lovely old fashioned b&b right on Hyde park. The room was as described and clean. The breakfast is adequate but the room itself is drafty. The staff is very warm and friendly. The stairs and corridors creak but it's vintage!”

“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“Love this hotel. Great staff. Good location for transport as it is within walking distance from Waterloo Tube and Mainline stations. The station has an M&S when you want a packed lunch. New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.”

“First I really want to pay appreciation for the front desk team and reservation team. Mar 01 around 14:30, my wife had to check in alone, and the two male staffs at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Due to sudden work issue I couldn't join so my wife had to visit alone, I did inform this to the front desk and they were so willing to help... what really impressed me wad they really had good intention to help. All the front desk team was so professional and helpful Also Ms. Leah who sincerely replied to my reservation request, I thank you so much too”

“It was one of my nicest stays at all. I liked everything about the hotel. The central location, the helpful staff, the modern and clean rooms, the ground seating area and the free coffee and tea. Highly recommend this hotel for those with limited budget but still want a private rom with bath in central London. Just try to book at least two months in advance as I did to get the best prices.”
