“Perfect location, close to public transport, small Tesco, bank of Thames are nearby. Rooms were updated, spacious and clean and the small kitchen was a useful extra. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. When we visit London we will stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful experience with LVS. Our cat Cleo was diagnosed with two cancers and underwent complex surgery with Janet as her surgeon and Richard as her oncologist. The team are brilliant, everyone we encountered were so caring and supportive. The reception team can’t do enough to help, sending documents and information instantly and are always on the phone to help with any queries. The vets and vet nurses are not only top of their field but compassionate, dedicated and happy to give as much information and time to each pet and their clearly worried owner. We can’t thank them enough for doing so much for Cleo.”

“I have been attending classes at the Sunny Art Centre since September. It is a lovely place. My teacher, Nicola, is clear, engaging and inspiring. I like the flexibility of the lessons. I have several different days to choose from, I don't have to stick to one specific time slot for the whole semester. The tutoring is one-to-one even when there are other students in the class, so I can learn effectively and fast. There are nice cats in the school to give us company. What not to like!”

“We were quiet nervous from the start for our son. However, Dr Said Bilal, Ali and the 2 female staff were accommodating and took their time with us. They explained the procedure and to our surprise our son did not hesitate nor cry at all. They placed the ring and that fell off after roughly 10 days. Very happy with everyone involved and would definitely recommend this clinic!!”

“I attended the Northway Clinic with my mother and grandmother to obtain supporting travel documents. Dr Bodani was an extremely polite and gracious gentleman. He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. “Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. We stayed the night for an anniversary weekend in London. Upon arrival they upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was amazing, the spa was a hidden gem and breakfast was very good too. All for a reasonable price. I would recommend.”

“The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. “Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”
