"Overall, it was a good experience. The people on reception were nice. The restaurant/ bar area is good. Haven't had breakfast to give any feedback for this. However, I had a couple of drinks, and the bar is good. The room itself was good. Could have been cleaner, the duvet looked used and stained. The bed was very short, luckily I am a short person, but anyone taller will struggle to fit. As well as that the bed is narrow, probably narrower than small double. As a summary, the room and location were good. It has all you expect from a hotel room, and it fits smartly in a small space. Will probably book again if I need a room in the location."

"This hotel is perfect if you just want somewhere to dump your bags during the day and lay your head at night. The location is excellent, the room clean and the staff friendly. It's clear, however, that they've cost reduced everything. While on many levels I'm happy to pay less to stay in a British version of a Japanese capsule hotel (very little floor space, no window) I think the loss of the kettle was a step too far. There is a free tea and coffee machine in the lobby but I prefer a cuppa before I've got dressed!"

"Friendly staff, really clean, very easy check in and out process. The whole place has been designed around making convenience a key factor. The hotel has a bar and lounge with free tea and coffee for guests (more than I expected for a hub) Rooms are modern and well designed. Excellent usage of technology. (Lights A/C and even the ‘do not disturb’ & ‘do not make up this room’ are controlled via a touchpad by the bed) Linen / towels were well presented and plush. There is a dispenser for hand soap and shower gel in the shower. The shower was excellent, hot and powerful. It’s literally 150 yards from the station so well placed. If you’re staying in Shoreditch or are just not sure and want somewhere closer to central London that is reasonably priced, this is worth it. Lots to see and do in the area, plenty of bars and restaurants. Next to the hotel is a convenience store and off license so if you have forgotten something you will more than likely be able to get it in there."

"It was one of my nicest stays at all. I liked everything about the hotel. The central location, the helpful staff, the modern and clean rooms, the ground seating area and the free coffee and tea. Highly recommend this hotel for those with limited budget but still want a private rom with bath in central London. Just try to book at least two months in advance as I did to get the best prices."

"Very good experience overall. The staff at the hotel are quite attentive. Rooms are very comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast offers excellent value for money. Location is convenient for visiting London. The only negative thing I have to say. We ask for the cleaning service two days in a row and nobody cleaned our room."
