“Outstanding service from Charlotte and her team who treated our beloved cat with professionalism and empathy and saved her life at the weekend. This was in comparison with Pets at Home who are incompetent and uncaring and just in it for the money . Pets at Home wanted a vast amount of money to treat my cat failing that they suggested I put her to sleep as in their own words she was really poorly and needed all sorts of treatment and needed immediate admission for 48 hours. I obtained a second opinion from the Hill Park Team who were outstanding. They treated my cat on the spot who is now up and about , I truly can not express my gratitude for what they did for our pet. 10/10 for the service, if you looking for a highly caring professional and experienced veterinary service I recommend them. I even got a follow up call from one of the vets today asking on how my cat was. Stay away from Pets at Home.”

“I went to the Dentistry department at The Smart Clinics, had teeth whitening done by Dr Manuel Vila and the whole patient journey couldn't have been better. It was easy to book the appointments, the reception staff was really friendly and the atmosphere in the surgery feels very comfortable and warm. TV on the ceiling and you can choose your own music!! It's fantastic! I've never been to the dentist with a TV on the ceiling... At the same time it's very professional. The colour of my teeth has improved a lot and I haven't even finished the whitening treatment yet. Great results! Big thanks to The Smart Clinics Team! Would definitely recommend. “I first used Olive Health & Travel Clinic back in the early days of covid. I used them for my daughters and I Fit to Fly tests. We received a professional and courteous service. I used them again recently for my Day 2 and again the same professional and speedy service. I really do recommend them, they're prompt and precise. Always nice women in that place. “On Sunday my girl Nancy went into labour. This was the 1st time I’ve ever done anything like this and didn’t really know what to expect or how long Nancy would be ok for. I called and spoke to a man called Scott who went through absolutely everything with me and what I should I expect and left it down to me when or if I should I bring her in. Scott also went over the emer hour costs on the phone, so when I did bring her in there would be no surprises. the parking wasn’t bad as it was 12am so I parked infront of next doors shop. I was greeted by Scott and the vet (I think her name was mirela) who put me at ease, made fuss of Nancy to keep her calm, they both went over what would happen from now and what roles the team have in the surgery room. When they took Nancy into the back as they was getting the room ready (I guess) I could see through the door they let her wander around with them again all making a fuss of her to keep her calm. It was the little things like seeing that which made me feel calm as I was getting upset in reception as I could see they constantly was looking out for her even before surgery. Surgery went really good after Scott came out to tell me about the puppies and then got them ready and filled the hot water bottle up (again I’ve heard some vets don’t even do that for you) whilst the vet went over all the important after details. Since her op I’ve had a couple of questions and the reception team are always so friendly! Honestly I would recommended this vet practice especially this 3 man team. Honestly it’s the little things that count. They were honestly amazing! Thank you again team!!”

“Our kitten Jake spent his holidays at the Village Cat Hotel in Caterham. It was his first time at a cat hotel and we had been a bit anxious, hoping that he would be happy there while on a family holiday. Emma could not have been more lovely and sympathetic to how we were feeling when dropping him off. She showed us around and allows us to stay to feel confident leaving him. She explained procedures and we asked any questions we needed to. I hope away, we got a Jake update every two days, with pictures and it honestly cemented our choice of cat hotel. We missed him so much and this really helped! She told us all about how he had settled and what he got up to every day. It completely put us at ease and showed that she really got him. We have already booked him in for his next holiday in October. We would highly recommend for anyone!”

They listened properly and were friendly but knowlegeable and professional too. Very helpful on fees as well. Having had issues with numb legs and back pain I was referred to St Albans City Hospital and was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis and Spondylolisthesis I was seen quickly by Dr Bhalaji and team and put forward for surgery. The surgery wait time was very short and I have been given exceptional care by Dr Bhalaji and the orthopaedics team at St Albans City Hospital. I couldn’t ask for a more caring team and the information I was given regarding my condition and the benefits and risks of surgery were explained clearly and if I had any questions these were answered in a timely manner and in a supportive friendly way.
