“Went to sofa and friends to find me a new sofa and the lady in the show room was excellent was very attentive and was happy to show us different ways of setting up the sofa. We decided to take the navageo sofa and the delivery was very prompt by great delivery guys.”

“Fantastic cod'n'chips. I always ask for the fish to be skinned - I find the batter sticks better that way. Also ask for a box rather than having the fish wrapped - stays more crispy. Staff really friendly. Only consider recent reviews over recent weeks - the site was previously occupied by Bell's which really went downhill. Some of the reviews refer to Bell's. These people are new: they've refitted the place and have a completely different attitude. Also a 5* hygiene rating too - which from my observation is well deserved. The place is really clean. Good luck to The Fish Bar, they really deserve to do well. EDIT July 2020: My original review was a few months ago. Update: Still as good as ever and reopened after a short corona shut down. EDIT Dec 2021: Was a bit worried after a change of hands, but still as good as ever. Really think they deserve more support from local people.”

“Fantastic barbershop!! My 9 year old son had his haircut and it looks amazing!! My son has ADHD and Autism and can be very hypo but he stayed calm throughout the cut! Very clean and tidy shop and staff. We will definitely be going back! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Very cheap also as he had cut and style all for 9 pounds. Thank you Abi's!!!”

“I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks with SnS and I love it! They always have time to fit me in, I also do book as it does get busy but they take time in their treatment. I have had very good experience in this shop!”

“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”

Although, I perceive a strange scent around the corridor and I have to spray my room with perfume as I can't withstand the smells.
