Sofas and Friends

"If I could, I would give 0 stars… We first seen this store on Instagram & it looked so promising! We were so excited to visit as the ‘hype’ on Instagram seemed worthy… however I was incredibly disappointed. We travelled over 1.5hours to come to this place & I can honestly say I should have gone with DFS round the corner to my home. The lady was extremely unhelpful, she didn’t really welcome or understand what we wanted even after giving her the measurements. They have barely any styles apart from the boring chunky sofas which isn’t really suitable to most homes in London now. She gave one word responses and was too interested in her lunch than to actually spend time getting to know our needs and wants. We decided to spend our money elsewhere. Not worth the travel or time."

"The couch is absolutely fab. Amazing quality. I had a problem with the customer service which I didn’t think I would with the reviews being so good. They told us they would sort a delivery date within 2 weeks. I messaged an was polite an basically said I know your busy but have you got a date for me. I got ignored. I messaged them again a week later an asked again they actually got back to me this time an said I spoke to you today about delivery for the 16th? I said I haven’t spoke to anyone, but the 16th will be okay but I asked could they definitely confirm it as Id have to take time off work or get someone to wait in. He blanked this message. So I rang the shop a couple of days later the lady said she would have to ring me back. She rang me back an said oh it should be some time the week starting the 19th. Then a couple of days later on instagram a girl from Leeds posted that she received her couch. So I messaged her explaining my situation an she said they sorted a delivery the next day from when she ordered the couch an she had actually ordered her couch a week after me. So at this point I was angry that I was getting over looked so I messaged them again an showed him the screenshots of the conversation with the girl an asked why I’m I getting ignored all the time? I had been polite an understanding but the fact I was having to do the chasing an then saw the lady received her order an I was still waiting an I had ordered mine first I was upset. So for me the customer service really let them down, they could of messaged or rang an least an explained they was busy or whatever. The fact I done all the chasing an still got ignored on messages. I was really disappointed they treated a paying customer like this but the couch itself is gorgeous."

"Absolutely amazing service and even better sofa. I had an issue with a mark i found the day after it was delivered, they returned later that week and replaced the whole section - no hassle at all. The person who deals with the whatsapp is very very helpful and the two delivery are excellent. So very happy!! THANK YOU"

"Excellent and prompt service as most sofas are in stock and can be delivered within 14 days. I ordered on Sunday and received my lovely new sofa two days later! Very good quality and excellent price. Delivery was in time slot arranged. Very friendly service. Delighted!"

"Went to sofa and friends to find me a new sofa and the lady in the show room was excellent was very attentive and was happy to show us different ways of setting up the sofa. We decided to take the navageo sofa and the delivery was very prompt by great delivery guys."
