I went from black to blonde and the colour I chose was achieved. Everything about my service was professional but personal. The advice on aftercare was on point, as this was one of my fears ‘can I manage my blonde hair once I leave the salon?’ Sharon sold me the products I needed, advised on other product I could buy and gave me a little lesson on What’s a good moisturiser? My favourite part was the head massage whilst getting my hair washed. Great customer service, great experience overall 10/10. Thank you x"
