"I had a great experience at Grand Sapphire Banqueting Hall! My wedding was beautiful and the decor was amazing down to the small details. Special thank you to Nauman for all the help and assistance in the planning in the run up to the big day! The team were very accommodating and really came through when there were a few mishaps. Overall really recommend using the space as they have so many options and all the packages they also offer are definitely worth looking into!"

"I stayed here on a Sunday night as I had an important job on Monday morning. I traveled down from North Wales so I could get a good night's sleep and be fresh for the next day. The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly. The guests on the other hand! I believe there was a wedding on the night I stayed. They were running up and down the corridor screaming and laughing until 3am! When I left my room there were empty pizza boxes outside my door so there was clearly a party in the hallway I was not invited too. I understand that it's your wedding day, best day of your life and you want to have a good time. I would probably be the same. I think it was irresponsible of the hotel to let out other rooms knowing full well they had such a big group of people staying there. Best advice I can give on this one is call them and see if they have any events booked in before you choose to stay there. I managed to get about 4 hours sleep in total. I would have been better staying at home and just getting up at 4am and driving down."

"I would have given 5 stars However, the staff are grumpy... bless the lady who was helpful to didn't quite catch her name. She was the only one who was helpful and nice, lovely light brown in complexion lady. Wasn't particularly impressed with the fact you have to go downstairs to collect breakfast in form of a packed lunch kind of... also I couldn't see much of security. However, the decor is beautiful downstairs, too. It would be nice to clean the telecom phones in the room throughly too, as wasn't clean and a bit gross touching it. Bathroom well cleaned/maintained and the bed too. Overall thank you for the stay. Hoping you take feedback seriously and please your customers too and invest in staff who are happy and welcoming. All the best!"
