The owners appear to have a real love of cats, and our cats have always returned in excellent condition: well-groomed etc. Instructions regarding any medication and foods have always been followed. Berrylands also offer a reliable pick-up and drop-off service which we normally use. All-in-all, highly recommended.”

Zoomadog
● Closed“My dog slipped his disc and was in a very bad state, the vets were quoting £2000 for an MRI scan to see if they could do a £6000 operation… I found zoomadog online and saw their back brace whilst we were giving him medication and waiting for his review from the vets, the back brace saved him, it worked wonders, he can now run about again after only 2 days of having it on, it supports his back and prevents him flexing the way that causes damage! Amazing! He can also sleep in it comfortably too! Definitely worth the money!”

Medivet Dulwich
● Closed“The vets are all very kind and really loving towards my cats. When I hav had to leave the cats in for treatment they are always really well cared for. The service is very personal and they really take time with each animal. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I feel my cats are in very safe hands. The monthly payment scheme is great to spread the costs of the vaccinations, health checks and flea and worming treatments. When I had to use the emergency Beckenham vet they were also absolutely amazing and so patient despite it being the early hours of the morning and really went to a lot of trouble to find that my cat had a long blade of grass stuck at the back of his throat going down into his windpipe causing him to constantly wretch. The vet quickly removed it under sedation and he was fine straight after. They also help with all insurance claims quickly and easily. Highly recommended.”

Alder Veterinary Practice - Guildford
● Open“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

Hill Park Veterinary Group
● Closed“Outstanding service from Charlotte and her team who treated our beloved cat with professionalism and empathy and saved her life at the weekend. This was in comparison with Pets at Home who are incompetent and uncaring and just in it for the money . Pets at Home wanted a vast amount of money to treat my cat failing that they suggested I put her to sleep as in their own words she was really poorly and needed all sorts of treatment and needed immediate admission for 48 hours. I obtained a second opinion from the Hill Park Team who were outstanding. They treated my cat on the spot who is now up and about , I truly can not express my gratitude for what they did for our pet. 10/10 for the service, if you looking for a highly caring professional and experienced veterinary service I recommend them. I even got a follow up call from one of the vets today asking on how my cat was. Stay away from Pets at Home.”
