"Staff very friendly, very knowledgeable, looked after my pet but there is one thing that I am not happy about is the price. My dog had castration done, we paid just over £500, but we find that the after care is not included in the price so we still need to fork out some more money to pay the next appointments. I think it is absolutely ridiculous considering it was already an expensive procedure."
