I'd like to move house and staying near a Goddard branch is a factor in my location choice.”

After we suspected he had swallowed some plastic, we called Medivet Woolwich, and they were SO helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and calming and knew what to do, speaking to the vet immediately and informing us how long it would take to arrive, as they were prepared to see us straight away. Fortunately, it ended up being a false alarm, so we didn’t end up receiving veterinary care this time; but it is good to know that we have such an amazing practice nearby with excellent staff! Our thanks to all involved!”

She was very clear with what to expect and was happy to explain the costs involved to me. All the vets I eventually saw at Beaumont were so kind and their treatment was excellent. They treated my pet so kindly and explained everything so clearly to me. I was also seen by an Australian sounding vet (apologise as I cannot remember their name) but they were so kind and cheered me up in a difficult time. Thank you so much :)”

Our Romanian rescue dog Dylan unfortunately has behavioural issues, including territorial and fear reactivity in certain very specific circumstances. He has recently decided he doesn't like the vet and hates being injected even more - which has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety because he needs to be vaccinated to go to day care, which he loves, and we've had instances where he's ideally needed to go to emergency vets out of hours and they've been unable to inject him as needed. Dale and Margaret have been so kind, thoughtful and patient with us and Dylan. After four failed attempts and a lot of muzzle training, we finally cracked it today and we are so relieved and thrilled. They never give up on us - as challenging as Dylan can be - and we are so grateful as we continue to work to make Dylan's life as calm and as rewarding as possible, in light of his difficult start. Dale and Margaret's constant help and guidance is so helpful in that. We would recommend Amwell Vets to anyone!”
