“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“The reception area is very refreshing with beautiful design, lighting, music and fragrance. And all the facilities in the building are well maintained including good access control to building,floor and the room. The room has all the basic facilities required and I am amazed at how brilliantly the kitchen area is setup with all basic requirements without making it look clumsy. I am enjoying my stay. “We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “I have been Staying at the Hilton London Croydon as I am working nearby. I have been there for four weeks and it has been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large , very clean and modern with TV , drinks cooler, and air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Nice modern clean bathroom. The Staff are always friendly approachable and helpful . Excellent parking . The breakfast is always a winner with a good choice for both Continental and full English . The team serving breakfast are so friendly they really do set you up for the day.”

“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“This place has been placed in a nice and quiet area. The rooms are all modernised and fully equipped and it's above all other B&Bs. Very nice and polite staff absolutely taking care of everything.”

“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”

She provides regular updates and follows specific instructions that our hamster needs. We are very happy with her service and will definitely be using her again.”

“Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”

“Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”
