“I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

“We absolutely loved the Portobello! We had two rooms for our group. Both rooms were lovely, very clean, with all sorts of great touches. I’m a clean freak when it comes to bathrooms and hotel rooms, and everything was extremely clean. Staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Location was perfect as well, right in Nottinghill. Shops, cafes, restaurants all within walking. We will definitely stay again, next time we visit London. I highly recommend!”

“Really niche boutique style hotel. Our suite was huge with everything you could need! Lovely free cocktail for both adults on arrival, shown to our room and explanations of suite given. Lovely friendly staff. Loved that we could open the glass doors onto the street and watch the world go by! Kids loved watching the horses trotting by regularly on the Sunday morning. Overall, a fab stay with great location. I left something at the hotel and they posted it back to me which was above and beyond! Really lovely stay.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. We stayed the night for an anniversary weekend in London. Upon arrival they upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was amazing, the spa was a hidden gem and breakfast was very good too. All for a reasonable price. I would recommend.”

“I often use Hub by Premier Inn and was by chance one of the first people to stay at this property on its opening day. Great concept, just what you need when travelling solo or on business. Staff were great. Had no towels in my room but that was quickly sorted. Great value and great service. Breakfast excellent value and quality. Well done to the team and I'll be back again I'm sure.”

“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

“The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. We eat breakfast at the block which is always very nice We love it here and recommend it it’s a 5* from us Janet Abraham and Lloyd king”

“Everything is very convenient and just right. Location is really great and you can feel like you became an East Londoner! Room is very compact but I liked it. Staff is always friendly and nice and say hi to you. The lady who let me check in very early (9am but this was an exception) did it without making a big deal and she was super cool. Definitely coming back!!”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

“Incredible place to stay for the night, highly recommend a room that's 30 floors up, Fantastic views of London! Breakfast was superb , your paying for high quality food and the amazing views as far as the London Eye, The Shard and many otherlandmarks.. all this served on floor 37. Had a slight issue with noisy guest but resolved very efficiently. Top marks highly recommend”

“I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. I have always had a pleasant experience, but my most recent experience has been so fantastic I really wanted to share how lovely it has been. Upon arrival I got chatting to a staff member (Rita) about our stay and mentioned it was my friend's (the other guest) birthday. She pulled me aside and asked for my room number and told me she would do something special. When we came back from an evening at the theatre we found that Rita had placed confetti, birthday banners, chocolates, prosecco and balloons in our room. When we went down to thank her she took the time to chat to us and made sure we had everything we needed. When we mentioned we were staying a few nights she asked if we had booked breakfast for the morning. When we said we hadn't she sorted it so we had a complimentary breakfast for the next day. She made us feel so welcome and homely, it really made me emotional. With all that is going on in the world at the moment, it restored my faith in humanity to have someone do such a selfless act just out of the kindness of their heart. I will never stay at another hotel in London again. This hotel is superior by far. Thank you so much Rita and the team for making our stay so enjoyable.”

This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! Excellent hotel. Five star service. Made you feel welcome. All staff offer a five star service. Has an excellent St Pancras Spa in the basement where you can quite happily spend the whole day and have a really enjoyable relaxation break. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“Excellent hotel!really friendly staff and great breakfasts! We managed to snag 2 rooms VERY last minute and we were very pleased with the hotel! Clean, new, and friendly staff! DLR line stops right outside of the hotel so it is easy to get to. Only negative is that there isn't much to do in the area, tourist wise, so you are always traveling at least 20 minutes to get to where you want to be. Not such a big problem but something for tourists to be aware of!”

“Lansbury Heritage hotel was our oasis in the buzzing of activity city of London. It is wonderful place to stay, our room and the bathroom were big, the team is very kind, plus we enjoyed the spa center, this service was included in our rate. The location is good, close to public transport and restaurants. We will be back. Thank you.”

“I have stayed here for three nights in the double room. The room was very clean and nice. The location was also accessible to visit places. They also have free parking and breakfast. “We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

“Such a good price for the location. Our room had no windows but it was much more tasteful than other hotels with no windows, with nice decor and lighting. The staff were lovely and service was excellent. If you're travelling with a partner you'd want to be very comfortable with each other as the en suite bathroom had thin frosted glass walls!”

“The location is great, right near Hyde Park and some metro stations. A simple space, yet a comfortable one. (The stairs make for a great work out!) Guests were respectful. Staff was nice and helpful ✨ Would stay again.”

“We went for a trial hour with my German Shepard (35kg) and found it was well organised and the temperament of each dog was considered before, during and after the play socialisation. The owner was clearly passionate, knowledgeable and caring about the dogs. He felt calm and considered factors such as resource guarding(no issues), stimulation (ball play provided) and was respectful to those dogs that needed extra attention (rescue dog and 1 to 1 at reception for other dogs that needed a little tlc). The receptionist warm and greeted my dog confidently as I feel not all places are open to large breeds which they do accept as long as they do not have aggressive or behavioural concerns. Rachel (other staff) was also very observant, warm and professional. Most dogs were smaller medium size we saw today but Kuma seemed to be stimulated by the several meet and greets. Overall we would return again for a couple of hours and continue to see how our dog progresses. Good place drop off your dog when heading to the Westfield centre for a few hours and the dog hotel seems nicely laid out. We struggled to find it the first time but then found it easy the second time after speaking to them. You go to Westfield car park A, follow Waitrose signs partially until you see sign -1 then take slight right on the same level, don’t drive down to the bottom level. We also got some good quality dog snacks (we avoid grains for my dog) which he currently enjoying.”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”
