“I come to this fish bar so often because the food is always so good! The fish and chips are just amazing the batter is so crispy and the chips are lovely, moreish and plentiful, recently tried the quarter pounder burger and it definitely won’t be the last it’s delicious and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the staff are SO friendly! Would 100% recommend”

“I've been going to Vero Pizza for just over a year. Massively impressed by their selection of pizzas, I have tried at least 87% of their menu. They never fail to impress. We had once hitch when they were late, just once, but they went above and beyond to correct that tiny mistake. Not only are their pizzas amazing, but they value their customers. If you are vegetarian, their pizzas are outstanding. Their salads are not great but everything else... absolutely amazing! Stop reading now and order.”

I travel all the way from Heathrow with my wife to have breakfast here every so often definitely recommend a visit here worth the travel free 2 hour parking across the street as well which is an added bonus.”

“We first came here for lunch with my partner then the second time for a family meal. Nice pub and friendly staff's. All my life I lived in Enfield I had never been here even though I go past it everyday. Will be back for drinks soon.”

“This is a lovely old pub with a decent sized beer garden, and covered booths too. The real draw is the food though - we had an incredible Sunday roast (recommend the beef) with all the trimmings & finished with a couple of excellent desserts. I particularly liked the Guinness brownie & ice cream - absolutely lush! The service here is excellent too, really friendly & efficient. We had such a lovely time, we'll be coming back again very soon.”

“So impressed how this store has managed this year with Covid and keeping everyone safe - well done!! Staff at entrance always friendly and helpful, as well as at tills, store always well stocked, great management of all customers to queue appropriately and wearing masks, hand and trolley cleaning gel always available. Some constructive criticism- staff stocking up shelves sometimes block up an aisle with their trolleys and can be friendlier when customers are trying to get past or need to get to an item - friendliness costs nothing. And thank you for the time for NHS staff to shop - it has been so immensely helpful, just for that I'll remain a loyal customer!! Oh and also because of the amazing range of vegan foods and organic fruit and veg you stock!! Thank you Sainsburys!!”

“I purchased a professional set-up and a baby bearded dragon. Staff are really friendly and helpful. If I have any worries I call them and they advise what to do. This shop is a very professional shop and the staff go above and beyond to help. “I enjoyed a lovely lunch meal and service. Prices are great here for what you get I would say, certainly not too expensive. My Nephew ordered the Iskender Kebab, and I ordered the Chicken Beyti which came with rice and salad. We had a little more than half, and we were both full, although it was delicious, we couldn’t finish off. Service was fast, but nothing to really complain about. Initial wait time was good, the service and staff were not too pushy but did come and ask us if we needed any help from time to time.”

“Ever since Great Wall has changed owners, the food is great and there are many more dishes available! The crispy chicken in breadcrumbs is really good and so is the lemon chicken, king prawns in breadcrumbs, and spicy smoked chicken. I have been to many Chinese restaurants and this is by far the best! I come here every week to buy dinner and my family and I love the food! The prices are worth it and the portions are reasonable! I highly recommend this place! Two thumbs up!”

“A very good roast indeed. Good gravy and lots of it!! Cauliflower cheese was proper cheesy, yorkies were good, meat very nice and pigs in the blankets - a nice touch. Good selection of tastyales and cider. Lovely staff. Dog friendly. Will be back! I can also confirm rib Tuesday is very good! Burger Thursday is very good too!”

“Been to this pub a few times on a Friday evening while the little one is at Guides. All the staff I've spoken to have been really nice and down to earth. There is normally a good amount of people here but there is plenty of tables and an outdoor smoking area. Good selection of beers, wines and spirits at typical prices for the area. There is often something happening on the weekend evenings, be it a band, quiz etc. The only thing that I'd like to see is the pub pulled into 2023. It is slightly warn and in need of a refurb.”
