"I have been a customer for years but after today will not be back. We asked for crispy bacon and tomato toasted sandwich. When it arrived the bacon looked like white mince and smelt off. We both took a tentative bite and it was off. I spoke discretely to a staff member and she apologised. The manager came over, very defensive and said that's what a bacon sandwich tastes like and that he's never had a complaint, at the top of his voice. The offending product was still sitting in the chilled cabinet when we left. Mistakes happen and you would have thought he would have sampled it himself to ensure the safety of others. No complaints about the staff but he has lost our custom."

I love the atmosphere when you first walk in especially on a cold day and you can smell the aroma of coffee, vanilla and baked bread greeting you. A beautiful little café in a fantastic location."
