"We spent £30 for a meal it was horrible it took 1.20 mins to come and when it did it was very disappointing. The food smelt funny and wasn't edible the rice was sticky. When we complained the lady on the phone was very rude and non apologetic about the service or the food. She never offered an alternative or a refund despicable to say the least. Will never order from there again!!!"

"Stated it would be half hour on the phone, 45mins we called said it should be with us by now. Got to over an hour and it finally arrived. The 'boss lady' (she delivered) was really rude, we asked for discount as it was going to be cold as she had been delivering other orders, she said no and walked away with the food. Food is always hit and miss. Will never use slow boat again."
