"Won’t deliver my food because I’m ‘too far’ yet when checking the distance it’s 7 minutes, when told that then changed the excuse to ‘there’s too much traffic on Lea valley road at this time’ bearing in mind I can see it from my window and there is none. Ridiculous"

"I come to this fish bar so often because the food is always so good! The fish and chips are just amazing the batter is so crispy and the chips are lovely, moreish and plentiful, recently tried the quarter pounder burger and it definitely won’t be the last it’s delicious and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the staff are SO friendly! Would 100% recommend"

"I ordered food from them today at 7.15 pm. The delivery time was within 45 minutes after placing my order I received an email that food will be 20 minutes delayed; however, after two hours, food didn't arrive. My whole family was fasting. We opened our fast without food, and I drove to the shop to find out about my order. I attempted to call them 26 times, but they were not picking up the phone. Both guys at the shop were very rude. Even though I told them that we were fasting and the food didn't arrive on time, they were not apologetic and said the money could be returned. After a bit of argument they Refunded my money instead of the food. Insulting staff. Never again"

"Overall I was impressed with the service and quality of the food. It was my first visit after I saw that they advertised a 5-star hygiene rating which always gives me confidence. I ordered a regular size Cod & Chips. The chips portion was very generous with a few crunchy bits, the cod was cooked in a nice batter. To improve I think the cod fillets should be cut thicker rather than being thin and long, to make the meal complete they could have thrown in a wedge of lemon and some tartar sauce. I would go back again to try their other menu items."
