Hiten was just brilliant - I was really impressed at the level of his knowledge and how he was able to help me choose the right shoe for my narrow feet. He seems to know the ASICS shoe models inside out. He was polite, efficient and meant I have stayed with ASICS instead of going to another brand. Would definitely recommend”

“This supermarket has a great range of goods, including some Habitat household items, Tu clothing and even children's toys At the back there is an in-store Argos, where you can order and collect items. The parking in the Swan Centre car park is so much better now that the spaces have been widened and the lift to from the store is very convenient. They have reinstated the use of a coin to unlock the shopping trollies, so don't forget your £1. Staff were helpful when searching for things and at the tills.”

“Went into H samuel enticed by the sale but stayed for the service. I and my brother went in to look at some late anniversary gifts and I were served by a lady named Jeanette, who was not only welcoming and a pleasure but honest and made the whole process easy. A credit to the company !!”

“Took my daughter to have her ears pierced on the 29th July and was served by Emma. Emma was great with my daughter who was really anxious. She explained the process really well and was patient whilst my daughter picked her earrings. Emma was seen sanatising her work areas which was really reassuring and took all the relevant hygiene precautions. Really great service and highly recommended!!!”
