I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany. Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.”

● Closed“I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.”
