"I never leave a negative review but this time i have to because of my last 2 visits to this shop ( uxbridge) and definitely the last one. I have never encountered such an incompetence and lack of customer service with one of the till ladies ( the elderly one) extremely rude and loud and you can tell she doesnt know her duties . On top of my worst experience after exchanging my item the tag wasnt removed so i had to come back to the shop to have it removed. After this bad experience i will never go back!"
