"Normally very helpful got what I needed paid and left just got outside the store and noticed I was £5.00 short went back in spoke to on sales assistant told her what happened and she said I am serving at the moment and asked me who served me. Walked away went to the assistant who served me who then came back spoke to another person both looked at me she then took a£5.00 note out of the till and gave it to me with no apology or anything I felt that I caused them an inconvenience so I will not shop in the upstairs Pandora again"

"I took a ring back that I had received on Christmas so I could get a smaller size and the employee tried to basically say that I had been wearing it and had made it that dirty as you can see in the picture. My mum bought the ring at the end of November so the employee obviously thought I had been wearing it since then which I hadn’t. What is ‘dirt’ is obviously tarnish which is what happens to silver when it is left for a while and not worn. My mum bought it from the online store so the ring came from a warehouse where it had probably been sitting there for a while. If my dad hadn’t of been there backing me up they probably wouldn’t have changed the ring for a smaller size. If you are taking jewellery to get a smaller or bigger size please don’t take it to this store as the employees are so rude and think they are above everyone else. I had to give one star but really it should be no stars."

"AWFUL customer service. My partner accidentally bought me the wrong charm so we phoned to make sure they had the right one. They said they did so we made the journey down to lakeside from Hertfordshire! Upon returning the wrong charm, supervisor Kiera accused us of previously wearing the charm due to the colour on it! I even had to pull up the website photo to prove that was the right colour and it hadn’t been worn down?! I understand it’s Xmas but to be told the charm was in when it wasn’t and then to be accused of wearing a charm I hadn’t is just unacceptable and poor customer service. Considering me and my partner spend hundreds every Christmas / birthdays I am appalled and frustrated. We did get the refund and my partner will be sending an email. But won’t be buying from Pandora again."
